How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your region. Right after placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with updates so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Is there a warranty on pins/canvas?
Yes. Every Smart Pin and Memoried Canvas comes with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If anything goes wrong during that time, we’ll replace it free of charge.
